Brandon Graham

Director of Competition

In the fast-paced world of motorsports, few names command respect like Brandon Graham. A seasoned team manager with years of experience in elite racing series, Graham brings an unparalleled combination of strategic expertise, leadership, and deep motorsports knowledge to the helm of Team Athan Sterling as they gear up for an electrifying 2026 season in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Series. 

With a background managing competitive racing outfits across multiple series—including Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America and USF Juniors—Graham has built a reputation for transforming teams into finely tuned machines. His ability to cultivate driver talent, refine race strategies, and create winning environments has been the cornerstone of his career.

Now, as he leads Team Athan Sterling into the highly competitive Michelin Pilot Challenge ranks, Graham’s experience and passion will be pivotal in shaping the team’s success. Under his guidance, Athan Sterling is poised to take on the endurance racing challenge with precision, power, and a relentless drive to the podium.

Mike Goodman

Crew Chief

Mike is a seasoned motorsports Crew Chief and a 20-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran whose leadership, precision, and technical expertise define his approach to racing. Before stepping into the world of competitive motorsports, he served two decades as a Marine Combat Engineer, mastering high-pressure operations, complex systems, and mission-critical decision-making.
 
Throughout his military career, Mike became known for his ability to lead diverse teams, diagnose and solve challenges under extreme conditions, and maintain equipment for peak performance. Those same qualities now fuel his success in motorsports, where he oversees race preparation, pit operations, and team coordination with the same discipline and focus he brought to the Marine Corps.
 
Whether tuning a machine for optimal speed or guiding drivers and crew through race-day strategy, Mike brings a rare blend of technical mastery, calm under pressure, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His transition from the Marine Corps to Crew Chief in motorsports reflects his passion for performance, teamwork, and the relentless pursuit of improvement—on and off the track.

Jonathan Hilderman

Mechanical Technician

Jonathan Hilderman is a disciplined and highly skilled mechanical technician at Medusa Motorsports, bringing a combination of Master ASE-certified automotive expertise, race engineering experience, and military discipline to the team’s Mustang GT4 and LMP3 programs. His technical precision and reliability make him a key contributor to vehicle preparation, performance consistency, and race-weekend execution.

With a professional foundation built in both the shop and the racetrack, Jonathan holds Degrees in both Applied Science of Automotive Technology and Business. He holds Master ASE Automotive Technician certification, demonstrating extensive knowledge in diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain components, and advanced mechanical repair. His technical background extends into race engineering. Where he has contributed to setup development, data driven decision-making, and performance optimization for competitive racing platforms.

Before transitioning into professional motorsports, Jonathan served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2009 as a Motor Transport Mechanic, completing multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His military service strengthened his abilities in rapid troubleshooting, high-pressure operational readiness, and disciplined workflow-capabilities that directly translate to his work in a competitive racing environment.

At Medusa Motorsports, Jonathan exemplifies the team’s mission to develop well-rounded individuals while refining technical proficiency. Known for precision, adaptability, and a strong team-first mentality, he is a trusted and valued member of the organization’s technical and trackside operations.

Tony

Data Analyst

Tony is a seasoned data analyst at Medusa Motorsports, bringing a wealth of technical expertise cultivated over a distinguished 25-year career in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Tony transitioned their passion for data-driven precision from securing complex enterprise systems to optimizing performance on the track. In their current role, they leverage their extensive background to analyze terabytes of telemetry data, employing advanced analytics and robust data visualization techniques to inform critical race strategies, maximize car performance, and shave off crucial lap times.
