DAYTONA BEACH, FL (January 6, 2026) — Medusa Motorsports is proud to officially announce its entry into the 2026 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, headlined by a formidable three-driver roster for the season-opening BMW M Endurance Challenge at Daytona International Speedway on January 23rd. Rising stars Sam Corry, Hunter Yeany, and Athan Sterling will complete the team’s Grand Sport (GS) class lineup, marking a bold new chapter for the woman-owned racing organization.
Competing with the iconic Ford Mustang GT4, Medusa Motorsports brings a fresh, values-driven approach to the paddock, blending high-performance engineering with a team culture rooted in collaboration and psychological safety.

The Driver Lineup
· Sam Corry: A standout talent from North Carolina, Corry arrives at Medusa following a stellar 2025 season where he finished second in the Trans Am TA2 championship. Known for his technical feedback and racecraft, Corry is one of the most versatile junior-level racers in North America.
· Hunter Yeany: The youngest-ever winner of an FIA Formula 4 series, Yeany brings international pedigree to the team. With experience in FIA Formula 3 and a race-winning 2024 campaign in USF Pro 2000, his transition to the Mustang GT4 marks him as a driver to watch in the endurance ranks.
· Athan Sterling: A rising force in American motorsports, Sterling moves into the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge following a successful 2025 Formula Regional Americas campaign. Sterling’s adaptability and “relentless drive” make him the perfect anchor for the team’s endurance debut.
Race Information
